Deposit Limits
Takes Effect Immediately
Set a maximum amount you can deposit on WinPRK per day, per week or per month. Once you reach your limit for the set period, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. You choose the amount — Rs 500, Rs 5,000, Rs 20,000 — whatever works for your budget. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing one requires a 72-hour wait period before it becomes active, giving you time to reconsider.

Loss Limits
Takes Effect Immediately
Set a cap on how much you are willing to lose within a given time period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your losses reach the limit, WinPRK's platform automatically prevents any further bets until the period resets. This is particularly useful during PSL season or major cricket series when match frequency makes it easy to chase losses across multiple games. A loss limit means that even if you have a bad run on cricket betting or Andar Bahar, your total downside is controlled.
The same 72-hour delay applies to increasing a loss limit. Decreases take immediate effect.
Session Reminders
Always Available
Set timed reminders that appear on screen while you are actively using WinPRK. Choose intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or a custom time. When a reminder triggers, it shows you how long you have been in your current session and gives you the option to take a break. It does not force you to stop — it simply makes sure you are aware of how long you have been playing, which many players find genuinely useful, especially during long cricket matches or extended poker sessions.
Reminders apply across all WinPRK games — cricket betting, Andar Bahar, poker and slots.
Time-Out (Short Break)
Locked Until Expiry
Take a break from WinPRK for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or up to 6 weeks. During a time-out your account is suspended from all gaming and deposit activity. You cannot log in for betting purposes. Importantly, once a time-out is set it cannot be reversed before the chosen end date — not even by contacting support. This is not a restriction on you, it is a protection you activate for yourself.
You can still log in to view your account history and previous transaction records during a time-out, but betting and deposits are blocked.
Self-Exclusion (Long Break)
Minimum 6 Months
Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool on WinPRK. It closes your account to all gaming, deposits and bonuses for a minimum of 6 months, or permanently if you choose. WinPRK will also suppress any promotional communications to your contact details for the duration of the exclusion. Reinstatement after a time-limited exclusion requires a review by the WinPRK responsible gaming team before any account is reopened — there is no automatic reactivation. No. Time-outs and self-exclusions on WinPRK cannot be reversed by support staff before their expiry date. This is a deliberate design decision. If a player contacts WinPRK to ask for a time-out to be lifted early, the request will be declined regardless of the reason given. The same applies to self-exclusions — they remain active for their full stated duration without exception. After a self-exclusion period expires, reinstatement requires a review period before any account access is restored.

Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately — the moment you confirm the new limit in your account settings, it is active. If you set a daily deposit limit of Rs 1,000, you cannot deposit more than Rs 1,000 today, starting now. Increasing a deposit limit works differently — any increase requires a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active. This delay is intentional and cannot be bypassed.

When you self-exclude from WinPRK, your account is suspended from all gaming, deposit and bonus activity for the duration of the exclusion. Any verified balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered PKR payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account — within standard processing time. Your account data is retained in line with WinPRK's data retention policy but is not used for any marketing purpose during the exclusion period. WinPRK will also suppress promotional communications to your contact details for the full duration of the exclusion.

If you are concerned about a family member's use of WinPRK, you should encourage them to speak to the WinPRK responsible gaming team directly — via email at support@winprk.com or through live chat. If the account holder contacts us themselves and requests a time-out or self-exclusion, we will process it immediately. For your own protection, WinPRK cannot modify or close another person's account based on a third-party request, as this would require verifying the account holder's identity. Players who have active self-exclusions do not receive any promotional communications from WinPRK for the duration of the exclusion.
